Appointments cannot be booked over the phone. Please book online only. If a time slot is unavailable, it cannot be reserved. The closing day may vary each week, so please book your appointment in advance. For any questions, feel free to send an email or text.
For cash payments, if the payment is not made later in cash, the full price will be charged.
If you do not show up within 15 minutes and fail to make contact, the next appointment will be given to the next client. If you arrive late, your appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the full treatment cost will be charged.
